E-mail issues are both annoying and sometimes hard to troubleshoot. Here are a couple of steps you can take before you contact support. It will help us to get to the bottom to the problem faster.

Go to yourdomainname.com/webmail – Replace yourdomainname.com with your actual domain name!

After a short intermittent redirect, you should see a login screen. If you don’t, let us know that this step failed.

If you see the login screen, enter your full e-mail address and your password. If you are able to log in, the mail server is fully functioning and the problem is with your computer or mail program. Contact your computer administrator for help.

If you are unable to log in, your password may be wrong. Contact us for help.
